With оvеr 6 years оf еxреriеnсе in the fitnеѕѕ induѕtrу, Miсhаеl has had thе орроrtunitу tо help сliеntѕ frоm a various fitnеѕѕ lеvеlѕ, аgе groups, from аthlеtеѕ tо rеhаb patients rеасh thеir fitnеѕѕ gоаlѕ, and is known as one of South Florida's elite personal trainers.


Michael hоldѕ an A.A. in Phуѕiсаl Thеrару from Miаmi Dаdе College, hе hаѕ аlѕо furthergone on tо earn a сеrtifiсаtiоn in Personal Trаining, Nutritiоn, Rеѕiѕtаnсе Trаining, аnd Sеniоr Fitnеѕѕ, all frоm N.F.P.T. He is also сеrtifiеd in CPR.     Mike has been my trainer for many years now and I have never been in better shape. In August 2011 I got engaged and was determined to lose 10 pounds by April as my wedding was in May 2012. Mike encouraged me and guided me with nutrition and fitness tips al throughout the months preceding my wedding. I not only achieved my goal of losing 10 pounds before April, but lost 15 pounds total before the wedding. My entire body was toned and lean and I could not have been happier with the results. Mike kept every training session interesting by switching the workouts and I always look forward to my sessions with him. Without Mike’s guidance and support I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my goal.I kept the weight off for 11 months and then was blessed with a baby. I shared the exciting news with Mike and he modified my work out so that I could still keep lifting weights and doing cardio while pregnant. I cannot explain how happy I was once again to have Mike as my trainer. I was able to keep a steady weight gain throughout my pregnancy and as the baby grew bigger he kept modifying my workouts to adapt to my needs. I felt safe to workout with him and my doctor always praised in what good shape I was and how healthy the baby and I were. I worked out with Mike until I was 37 weeks pregnant (full term) and I was still feeling great. My son is due in a week and people cannot believe how active I am and how great my pregnancy has been. I attribute that to staying healthy and active throughout my pregnancy. I will return to training with Mike shortly after the baby is born to get back to my pre-baby weight.I would also like to share that one of the reasons, aside from the results, why I have stayed with Mike is due to his personality. He is extremely respectful, patient, proactive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and will make you feel comfortable as soon as you meet him. He is always available and on time and has been flexible when due to work or life commitments I have not been able to make it to the training sessions. I will recommend Mike to everyone out there who wants to get in the best shape of their lives and who wants to see long lasting amazing results.

    I was hitting the gym before I started training with Michael but not seeing the results I was looking for in my physique. When you have a super busy schedule you want to make the most of your gym time... and that is exactly what Michael has done for me! He's extremely motivating, knowledgeable and pushes me to limits I never knew were possible. As cheesy as it sounds, I just wore a tight white dress over the weekend, and NEVER would I have had the confidence to do that before I started training with Michael.     I have been dealing with a leg injury for almost a decade. It has limited my ability to walk and play with my newly born granddaughter. I have been in physical therapy programs before, but saw no improvement.After the injury got worse a few months ago, I had resigned myself to the fact that surgery was the only option. Before going under the knife, my children insisted that I take one more shot at physical therapy. My daughter found Mike and set up my first appointment.It has been two and a half months since that first appointment. I am now walking without a cane for the first time in years. Mike pushes me every session. While physical therapists in the past have allowed me to get away with not pushing myself, Mike doesn't take that. His "don't say can't" attitude has been a revelation for me. I have not only strengthened physically, but mentally as we jointly bring down my self-imposed limitations.Am I fully healed? No. But that's not realistic. An injury that I maladapted to and let get worse for almost 10 years can't get better in 10 weeks. But what I can't express enough is how much my quality of life has improved in these past weeks, and it's due to Mike.
